CLASSES
The Little Eagles
​
Ages 5 years to 7 years.
Monday 5.00pm - 5.45pm Tuesday 6.00pm - 6.45pm (Combined with Juniors)Wednesday 5.00pm - 5.45pm
In this class students start to follow a structered karate syllabus that has been developed over many years, taking the student from a beginner to a black belt at a fun based pace.
More than kicking and punching.

Each belt has a minimum lesson attendance having also shown within the class the ablity understand and perform each aspect of their current syllabus level to a good standard.
All our grades are nationally recognised.
Grade belts and colours (ALL CLASSES);
9th Kyu Red Belt, 8th Kyu Yellow Belt, 7th Kyu Orange Belt, 6th Kyu Green Belt, 5th Kyu Blue Belt, 4th Kyu Purple Belt, 3rd Kyu Brown Belt (one white tab) 2nd Kyu Brown Belt (two white tabs), 1st Kyu Brown Belt (three white tabs), 1st Dan Black Belt (one red tab), 2nd Dan Black Belt (two red tabs) and so on.

Junior Class
Ages 7plus years - 10 years plus
Monday 6.00pm - 7.00pm Tuesday 6.00pm - 6.45pm (Combined with Little Eagles) Wednesday 6.00pm - 7.00pm

In this class students continue to follow the karate syllabus that has been developed over many years, taking the student from a beginner to a black belt.
​
Focus is on developing true karate technique, building confidence in the student and teaching respect for themsleves and others.
Qualities I am sure you will agree, they can utilise in all aspects of their life.

4 FREE LESSONS FOR ALL NEW STARTERS
Senior Class
Ages 11 years to adult (additionally students of a younger age that hold a senior grade)
Monday 7.15pm - 8.15pm Tuesday 7pm - 8pm Wednesday 7.15pm -8.15pm

In these classes students continue to follow the structered syllabus like the juniors but with greater content than that of the juniors.
In these classes with the maturer student, the technique is now turned into developing power through fine tuning of each aspect.
Empahsis still remains on developing respect, confidence and self esteem.
​
As with the juniors gradings are held regularly at the club with a minimum lesson number required between each grade as well as having demonstarted an ablity to perfom the technique within the class enviroment.
This is rewarded by a formal invitation to grade by the senior instructors.
The belt structure is the same as that of the juniors.
